In the event that a Product or Service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, SquareHat will have the right to modify the price of the Product or Services and contact You for further instructions via e-mail address provided by You at the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify You of such cancellation. If SquareHat cancels the order after the payment has been processed, the said amount will be remitted to Your account from which the payment was made.
10.1) We deliver our products in and across India. Delivery will be initiated at the earliest. Your delivery shall only be delivered to the address submitted when you placed the order.
10.2) In case there is an error in any of the information submitted by you, we are not responsible for you not receiving the orders. So, we urge our customers to submit only the correct details to avoid any inconveniences.
10.3) All orders are shipped through Delhivery Surface mode or any other couriers as per the delivery location of the Consignee or Customer. The exact date of delivery varies from 7 to 10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the location of the destination. SquareHat does not have any control on the delivery time as this is not controlled by us.
10.4) If you notice any damage to the outside packing on delivery or to the product after unboxing, please inform us right away. Please take detailed pictures of the damage or issue so we can attend to it appropriately.

11.1) If you are eligible for any refund, the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines:
i) All refunds process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled items from Your/customer's premises.
ii) Post receiving the products back to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 2-3 business days.
iii) Refund will be initiated via NEFT, cash or by the way payment was originally made.
iv) Depending on the orders, the processing charges might be deducted.

12.1) SquareHat shall not be responsible or liable in any manner to the users for any losses, damage, injuries or expenses incurred by users as a result of any disclosures made by SquareHat, where users have consented to the making of such disclosures by SquareHat.

If any of the users are dissatisfied with the Website, the sole remedy of such User(s) is to discontinue using the Website.
13.1) The product shown in the image is a reference product which is actually a photoshoot of a real product or sometimes a 3d designed product image.The new manufactured product can look different from the one shown in the image due to various factors like lighting, manual polish, wood's texture, etc. However, the nature and tendency of natural material-based products is that each piece of furniture is unique in its own way. SquareHat hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness of the finish or appearance of the final Products or Services ordered by the User over and above generally acceptable standards on the same.
14.1) If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid, unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.
15.1) Our Right: We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your access to, and use of, of the Website and to block or prevent your future access to, and use of, the Website. We will not be liable to you for the termination of the services or for any consequence arising out of termination of the services.

17.1) The user accept and acknowledge that SquareHat shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the user as a result of delay or default or deficiency or failure in the delivery of product as a result of any natural disasters, fire, riots, civil disturbances, actions or decrees of governmental bodies, communication line failures (which are not caused due to the fault of SquareHat or any third party advertisers), or any other delay or default or deficiency or failure which arises from causes beyond SquareHat’s reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). In the event of any Force Majeure Event arising, SquareHat, depending on whose performance has been impacted under these Terms of Use, shall immediately give notice to the user(s) of the facts which constitute the Force Majeure Event.
18.1) These Terms of Use are governed and construed in accordance with Indian law. By using the Platform, you hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Sardarshahar, in the event of any disputes arising out of or in relation to your access to and use of the Platform.
