Squarehat is a brand of Nolaram Surendrakumar Handicrafts, a leading manufacturer and exporter of Indian solid wood handicraft furniture, a family business established in 2003 and grown from a collective effort of 4 generations.

Indeed, we do. From sourcing the highest quality wood and applying chemical treatments for termite resistance to manufacturing, assembly, polishing, multiple stages of quality checks, and packaging, everything is conducted in-house at our 160,000 sq. ft. production facility. Our state-of-the-art in-house manufacturing is a testament to our dedication to providing our customers with the finest furniture products.

Sheesham wood, also referred to as Indian Rosewood (technically known as Dalbergia Sissoo tree), is an exquisite hardwood renowned for its remarkable durability, finest quality, unique colour variations, and rich grain patterns with dark streaks, Sheesham wood is undoubtedly a treasure trove for furniture makers. Its inherent resilience to decay and termites makes it the most preferred choice for crafting furniture units that exude aesthetics and ensure longevity.

Product

Wood is a natural material with inherent variations in color and grains. Each piece possesses unique grains, textures, figures, adding to its individuality and charm. So the piece of furniture that is shipped to you is unique.

Please note that the finish of our products may slightly differ from the screen images due to factors such as screen resolution and lighting during the photo shoot. However, we are dedicated to providing exceptional products to all our customers.

We don't have assembly service available as of now. However, most of the products are preassembled. For others, its an easy self assembly system. Also all our products come with a small assembly guide to help you setup furniture.

Our customisation is limited to fabric and product finish. You can choose fabric and finish options as per your requirement at the time of adding product to the cart. Any other customisation is possible only for bulk orders

Solid wood products are made up of natural wood. Unlike engineered wood products, which incorporate a blend of natural wood and synthetic materials, solid wood retains the authenticity and integrity of pure, natural timber.

Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping is absolutely free. We do not charge extra for delivery.

The estimated delivery time for your order depends on your address. Generally, we anticipate deliveries to be made within 5-10 days after dispatch. Please note that the dispatch time may vary depending on the product, and you can find the specific dispatch time mentioned on the product page.

Its important to check for any damage due to transit. If the packaging shows signs of damage during transit or if packaging is open, please notify the delivery personnel immediately and mention the same on the delivery note. Also make an unboxing video, so that if the product is also damaged due to mishandling, we will be able to replace it after you raising a complaint to us.

Delivery dates can only be estimated. We partner with 3rd party logistics for deliveries. So delivery on a particular date can't be assured.

Canceling an order is possible in certain special situations. To request a cancellation, customers need to raise a cancellation request through our support team. So it is not advised to refuse delivery. Doing so may led to deduction of logistics charges and penalties. If you find the product packaging damaged while receiving the product, then only in that case you may deny the delivery by signing and stating 'packaging damaged' on the delivery note.

If no one is home to receive the delivery, don't hesitate to contact our customer care team to reschedule the delivery.

Currently, we deliver products only in India. We deliver outside India, only in case of bulk orders.

Allow up to 10 business days for delivery after receiving order confirmation. You'll receive email updates at each step. If you are facing trouble with emails or updates, please contact our Customer Care. After shipment, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the delivery partner's website for detailed information. If the courier can't deliver your package, we'll provide you with information about collection. However, if we can't complete the delivery, we'll cancel the sale and give a full refund.

You have the flexibility to change the shipping address as long as your order has not been processed for dispatch. You can connect with our support team to know more.

Yes. During the checkout process, you have the option to specify different addresses for billing and shipping. Simply enter your desired shipping address in the designated 'Shipping address' field while providing your own address as the 'Billing address'. This allows you to conveniently choose where you want your order to be shipped.

Returns Cancellation & Exchanges

To cancel your order, you have two options. You can email us at hello@squarehat.in within 24 hours of placing the order, or call our Customer Care at +91-7891233399 within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed, it is not possible to cancel.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product or a part is missing, file a complaint within 24 hours of received your order by calling our support team at +91-7891233399 or through WhatsApp at +91-7891233399. After verifying the issue, the returns & replacement team will take appropriate corrective measures, including returns or replacement.

All the transit related damages are completly our responsibility. We pack our products very safely but still due to rough handling by logistics partner, If the packaging shows signs of damage during transit or if packaging is open, please notify the delivery personnel immediately and mention the same on the delivery note.
