Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping

  • We are pleased to offer door to door free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or destination within Indian territory. This does not include Andaman & Nicobar and the Lakshadweep Islands.
  • We work with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery and Bluedart, to ensure that orders are delivered safely and on time.

Note:

  1. Please ensure that you have entered complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery.
  2. In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner is only responsible to make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Delivery partner may, upon request by customer, deliver to the customer's floor (Delivery partner may ask for extra charges in such cases).

2. Shipping Time

  • We usually ship our products within 3-4 days. However, some products may take longer to ship. So for accurate shipping time, please refer to its specific product page.
  • Each handcrafted piece meticulously created by skilled artisans takes time and is delivered to you with a meaningful story behind. As we firmly believe in crafting one-of-a-kind pieces for your home, our process of designing to finishing is not rushed at any cost. We put our soul into every masterpiece, so that it never fails to touch your heart. Trust us, it won’t just be an ordinary piece of furniture but an heirloom treasure admired by generations to come.
  • So hold tight! If the shipping time mentioned is longer than your expectation, its just our way of ensuring that your product is top notch before it hits the road.

Please note : During peak times or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you of any delays.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your order through the shipping carriers website.
  • You can also track your order on our Track Order page.
  • Additionally, we’ll keep you updated through out the order stage via email or SMS.

4. Delivery Timeline

It takes around 7-10 days after dispatch for your order to reach to your address. This timeline may extend depending upon your pin code, courier partner serviceability and unforeseen circumstances.

    Note:

    1. Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.
    2. Delivery time are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather then the date of order.

    5. Delivery & Unboxing

    • Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra charge will be applicable for subsequent attempts.
    • Your product(s) will be held for 2 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the first delivery. After this, we reserve the right to either change or cancel the order.
    • In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, re-attempt to deliver will lead to extra charges.
    • If delivery doesn't take place due to any reason arising out of customer's end, then Squarehat reserves right to cancel order and deduct penalty and logistic charges as per managment's discretion.
       
      • Simply denying delivery is not possible. It may incurr charges. To request a cancellation, customers need to raise a cancellation request through our support team. So it is not advised to refuse delivery. Doing so may led to deduction of logistics charges and penalties. If you find the product packaging damaged or if packaging is open while receiving the product, then only in that case you may deny the delivery by signing and stating 'packaging damaged' on the delivery note and by informing the same to our support team within 24 hours.
        • The goods may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unable to sign for the delivery yourself, please arrange for someone else, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor, to do so. However, the brand is not responsible for goods signed by an alternative person.
        • Additionally, some courier partners may request an OTP (One-Time Password) to complete the delivery. This OTP will be sent to the phone number provided when placing the order and must be presented to finalize the delivery.

          6. Assembly

          Most of our products come preassembled. For others, its an easy self assembly and we provide a small assembly guide to help you setup furniture.

          7. Policy Updates

          We reserve the right to update or modify this delivery policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
